7:00- FMA: Brotherhood

Categories: Adventure, comedy, drama, fantasy
Much to my chagrin, Brotherhood is to be carried over to the summer schedule.
This is the retelling of the original FMA. Edward did a no no. Science didn't like that and takes its revenge on both him and his kid brother, Alphonse. Now they go out into the world to find the Philosopher's Stone, chew bubblegum and kick ass.
7:25- Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu

Categories: Comedy, fantasy, romance, school
This show is totally not done by SHAFT, honest. It's about academics for keeps as classes of a school do battles against each other using academic pets. A loss means certain death being sent to the pits of hell detention and if your entire class loses, it means it's the dungeons shitty classrooms for your high school experience.
7:50- Sasameki Koto

Categories: Comedy, romance, yuri(!)
This totally isn't on the schedule entirely for my benefit or anything. Just like how the summary for it totally isn't copied almost word for word from Anime News Network.
Sumika Murasame is deeply in love with her cheerful classmate and friend Ushio Kazama. Ushio is openly lesbian but... she likes cute girls, and Sumika, top student, class representative, black belt in karate, is all but cute. Even worse, Sumika herself is terrified of endangering her friendship with Ushio and chooses to maintain the status quo, as much as it pains her and is simultaneously adorable to the audience to hide her feelings.
8:15- Maria Holic

Categories: Comedy, romance, yuri(?)
Also known as "It's summer SPAMM! We can get away with anything!"
Kanako goes to Ame no Kisaki to find the partner of her dreams. She prays to her mother a lot and appearently has Tchaikovsky Syndrone. Also, please ignore Admiral Ackbar shouting something in the back. That last sentence may or may not apply to the majority of the shows on this schedule.
8:45- Break
Categories: MYSTERY
9:00- Needless

Category: MANLY AS HELL
In A.D. 200X, World War 3 began. All of Earth's cities, including Tokyo, became the targets of bombings, and were bathed in frightful red flames. Half a century has passed since then. The contaminated former epicenter is still isolated from the city, creating a hole in the middle of Japan... It is commonly known as the Black Spot (Buraku Supato). As time passed, people began to inhabit this wasteland. They were deemed unnecessary by those who lived in cities. Among these unnecessary people were ones who could command strange abilities. Fire, Wind, Gravity, they had the ability to control these supernatural powers. Thus, those who possessed Fragments were regarded with fear as the Needless!
9:25- Higurashi no Naku Koro ni

Categories: Mindfuck, lolis
Also totally not for my exclusive benefit, the killer lolis return! If just because I like George's description: Having recently moved to the rural village of Hinamizawa, Keiichi has befriended four girls—Rena, Mion, Satoko, and Rika—and joined their after school club. This leads into some nail biting after school shenanigans, as Keiichi learns some important life lessons, not to judge a book by its cover, and that sometimes love hurts like a bat to the face.
9:50- .hack//SIGN

Categories: Action, adventure, drama, MMORPGWTF
.hack//SIGN is an anime about an MMORPG. Well, mostly about a character named Tsukasa who's trapped in said MMORPG and won't stop emoing about it. Weird stuff happens that isn't supposed to and Tsukasa somehow acquires friends (though how, I have no idea) who try to solve the mystery of what is going on in The World, as well as why he can't log out. Shenanigans happen on occasion, mostly on account of Sora, who is amazing and adorable and definitely doesn't talk exclusively in 1337 when you get him at the end of .hack//QUARANTINE, but it is mostly talking. Well, the talking that you can hear over the sound of Tsukasa's emo, anyway.
FMA:B, Baka Test, and Maria Holic summaries stolen from Chrono. Sasameki Koto summary stolen from Anime News Network. Higurashi summary stolen from George. I am an original and creative person, obviously.
