Nominations will run until April 21st, at which point we will vote. Voting takes place at SPAMM that night. If you can't make it, you can send me an absentee ballot via PM or IM and I will add your votes into the totals. In order to nominate, you must be a paid member. All nominees must also be paid members and be students for the upcoming year they are nominated for. A nomination requires a second, which must (you guessed it) also come from a paid member. Nominees also are required to accept in order to be voted for.
President
Duties - Running SPAMM meetings and SPAMM in general. As president, you are in charge of coordinating SPAMM events (or relegating authority to do so to others.) You are in charge of administrating the forum and keeping everything as fresh as is possible. Other duties include: getting the soda, organizing events during social hour, planning the schedule, creating and sending out the freshman interest letters, dealing with the campus bureaucracy, and other assorted presidenceries. Of course, you could technically delegate all real authority away from yourself, but that's not what you're being elected for, damn it.

Duties - Alongside the president, you control the club finances. Next year, as soda will not be flowing from my wallet, SPAMM will likely have to look into fund raising ventures. You are also the president's bitch. You do what they say. You also have a mystique about you. Don't ask what I mean by that, you just do. You also work in planning schedules.

Duties - Make posters! Get people involved in the club via promotional efforts. Photoshop skills are all but required. I would personally recommend bringing a sample of your work to election night so people know you're serious. You help make the schedule too.

Duties - Uhh... Oh yeah, you need to get the permissions from companies when we show a licensed show. You also serve as a crucial 5th vote for the schedule making process, which makes stalemates less likely.
